But when I'm not working, you can usually find me hanging out with my family or playing, watching or coaching a sporting activity.

My family, like so many of you, are at the heart of what I do. I feel very lucky to have such an amazing support system. And when I need a break or to do some deeper thinking, I love to get outside and walk my Labrador, Bea, in the beautiful Somerset countryside. Finally, I'm a fanatical BBQ'er, whatever the weather, mealtime or season there is always something happening on the grill.
